Growth Manager (with website focus) Required

The position involves working from a comfortable office in Saint Petersburg or Moscow.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Monitor and increase website traffic, launch and develop new directions. ▫️Time allocation: 30% SEO - 40% management - 30% website development. ▫️SEO: collect and cluster semantics, form structure, create briefs for texts, on-page optimization, launch new pages. ▫️Develop, fix, and launch new website pages: work on structure and content, coordinate designers/copywriters/developers, ensure quality and deadlines. ▫️Monitor news and trends and promptly launch pages for current demand. ▫️Analytics and KPI: set goals and monitor organic traffic growth, positions, and conversions.

▪️What is important in experience ▫️Deep understanding of crypto/web3: what are Perps, Prediction markets, DeFi, DEX/CEX, L2, stablecoins, etc.; who are the key players (exchanges, protocols, media). ▫️Experience in SEO/content/growth with measurable results (even if not in crypto). ▫️Ability to set tasks and manage contractors/teams (content, design, development).

▪️Will be a plus ▫️Experience with any templating engine (nunjucks/handlebars/jinja). ▫️Experience in fintech/crypto/trading or related markets. ▫️Experience launching landing pages for product lines and their SEO packaging.
