About Us: We are creating a gaming platform that combines the familiar functionality of 2.0 with the capabilities of 3.0. Our goal is to provide players with a comfortable and secure service, addressing the pressing issues of users in the 2.0 and 3.0 ecosystems.

Role You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, developing the roadmap, testing hypotheses, launching experiments, and building a gaming service together with the team. Your area of responsibility includes not only coming up with a feature but also proving its value, delivering a high-quality release, and assessing its impact on key product metrics.

What you will be doing: – Forming product vision and roadmap for your area; – Managing the full product lifecycle; – Translating strategic goals and OKRs into product initiatives, metrics, backlog, and tasks for the team; – Conducting research; – Identifying and validating hypotheses, launching MVPs, prototypes, and experiments; – Preparing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, CJMs, and other product documentation; – Coordinating feature launches and analyzing post-release results; – Monitoring the market, competitors, gaming platforms, web3 products, and gamedev trends; – Regularly synchronizing the team and stakeholders on status, risks, and results.

Who we are looking for – 4+ years of experience in product management, with 1-2 years at a Senior level; – Experience in end-to-end product management or a major product area; – Strong understanding of the product lifecycle; – Ability to work with analytics, funnels, cohorts, and product metrics; – Experience with user research; – Ability to work with technical teams and understand architectural limitations, APIs, integrations, real-time systems, and client-server interactions; – Ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and justify priorities;
