We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take responsibility for the development of key areas of our gaming platform: from identifying user problems and product opportunities to designing solutions, launching them, and subsequent data-driven evaluation.
You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, developing the roadmap, testing hypotheses, launching experiments, and creating a gaming service together with the team.
Your area of responsibility is not just to come up with a feature, but also to prove its value, bring it to a quality release, and evaluate its impact on key product metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Forming and developing the product vision for your area of the platform.
- Owning the full cycle of product work: from discovery, research, and prioritization to launch, analysis, and development.
- Translating strategic goals and OKRs into specific product initiatives, metrics, backlog, and tasks for the team.
- Conducting product research: interviews, surveys, user behavior analysis, usability tests, collecting feedback from support/community.
- Searching for and validating hypotheses, preparing MVPs, prototypes, and experiments.
- Preparing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, CJMs, user scenario diagrams, and other product documentation.
- Coordinating feature launches: aligning requirements, monitoring readiness, participating in release planning and post-release analysis.
- Monitoring the market, competitors, gaming platforms, web3 products, and trends in the gamedev industry.
- Regularly communicating status, risks, and results to the team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with 1-2 years at a Senior level.
- Experience managing a product or a major product area end-to-end: from idea and discovery to release and results analysis.
- Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle: research, discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, post-release analysis, iteration.
- Ability to work with analytics: build hypotheses, analyze funnels and cohorts, formulate conclusions, and turn data into product solutions.
- Experience conducting user research: interviews, surveys, usability tests, analysis of feedback loops.
- Ability to work with technical teams, understand architectural limitations, APIs, integrations, real-time systems, and client-server interactions.
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty, argue priorities, and maintain focus on results.
- Strong communication skills: ability to synchronize different teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and clearly communicate product decisions.
- English language proficiency – at least Intermediate level for working with documentation, market research, and competitive analysis.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in B2C products, gaming platforms, marketplaces, entertainment, or other high-engagement products.
- Experience in competitive games or understanding of game competitive mechanics: matchmaking, rankings, leaderboards, tournaments, retention mechanics.
- Experience with web3 products: cryptocurrencies, crypto wallets, digital assets, or related user scenarios.
- Experience in building and analyzing A/B tests.
- Understanding of game interface UX, onboarding, user activation, and regular product return scenarios.
