Senior Product Manager
We are building a casino on our own engine. The product is live, there are players — now we need a person who will take ownership and build it further.
What to do:
- Take ownership of the product: deposit funnel, lobby, bonuses, cashier
- Conduct an audit — find where we are losing conversion and retention
- Prioritize the roadmap: what we build ourselves, what we get from providers
- Work with a custom engine — find solutions within its limitations
- Build analytics: GGR/NGR, cohorts, deposit conversion
- Launch bonus mechanics: welcome, reload, reactivation
- Improve payment UX for local methods in target markets
We have the engine and players, but a significant portion of the product infrastructure needs to be created. The bonus system, CRM, backoffice, analytics — all of this needs to be built. If you are energized by the possibility of genuinely influencing the product architecture, rather than just moving ready-made blocks — this is your story.
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years in iGaming as a PM — casino, not related industries
- You know GGR/NGR/RTP/hold% not from Wikipedia — you work with numbers
- You have experience with a custom engine or building a product from scratch
- You know how to solve make vs buy — calculate the total cost, not just development
- Data-driven: hypotheses based on data, you work with BI independently
- Startups don't scare you — you are your own analyst where needed
