At DMED, we are building the future of digital technologies in Uzbekistan. We are looking for a Middle+ PHP Developer (Laravel) to help develop cutting-edge IT solutions and participate in the creation of large-scale digital projects that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
Development and Support:
- Developing and supporting PHP code, including API design and implementation.
- Designing data schemas, optimizing and refactoring existing code.
Quality and Processes:
- Adhering to team Code Style and development standards.
- Participating in grooming sessions, task estimation and decomposition, studying product documentation.
- Conducting code reviews and participating in team TechTalks.
Testing and Documentation:
- Writing technical documentation and developing Feature/Unit tests.
- Interacting with QA specialists to analyze and reproduce bugs.
Requirements
Core Stack and Databases:
- At least 2 years of experience with Laravel (at least one implemented project).
- At least 1 year of experience with PostgreSQL or another SQL database.
Engineering and Tools:
- Proficiency with Git, understanding Dependency Injection principles.
- Experience writing Feature/Unit tests.
- Experience integrating with external APIs.
Environment and Infrastructure:
- Basic Docker skills (local deployment).
- Experience with Linux distributions.
Language Skills:
- Spoken Russian (C1 — fluent)
- English at a level sufficient for reading documentation.
Will be a plus:
- Experience writing documentation in OpenAPI 3.0 (Swagger) format.
- Experience with Sentry (analyzing and resolving errors/issues).
- Skills in profiling and optimizing code for high-load systems.
- Understanding of architecture scaling and resilience principles.
- Knowledge of Go (Golang) for service integration and enhancement.
- A GitHub link with examples of your code.
