ChatPlace is a SaaS platform for bloggers, experts, and entrepreneurs who promote and sell their products through content. Users create and utilize AI agents, chatbots, gamification, and other tools that help attract, engage, and convert audiences into sales.
We are strengthening our testing efforts and looking for a Middle Full-Stack QA to join our testing team, who will help us maintain high product quality in a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of new and existing functionality (web / integrations)
- Write and maintain UI and API autotests on the company's existing framework (approx. 30% of the time)
- Verify user scenarios, boundary cases, and negative scenarios
- Create and maintain test documentation
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in Scrum processes: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Work with tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of QA experience with a focus on a full-stack role
- Solid automation experience: JS/TS + Playwright
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and with incomplete documentation
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of user scenario logic. Able to ask questions and clarify requirements, rather than testing "blindly"
- Team player and communicative, capable of working closely with development and other departments
- Desire to grow in AI testing and the full-stack QA role
