We are looking for a Senior Kotlin developer for a new product team (pod). The main focus is on developing a backend platform for financial products, collections modules, and scaling the system for entry into the US market. The position involves a strong influence on architectural decisions, engineering standards, and system design from scratch.

🚀 What you will be doing: • Designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs in Kotlin. • Participating in the formation of the new platform's architecture and developing team engineering standards. • Designing database schemas and optimizing queries in a complex financial domain. • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. • Close interaction with adjacent cross-functional teams as part of product expansion.

🎯 Our expectations: • Strong commercial experience in Kotlin development. • Proven experience in designing and building high-load backend services. • Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational DBMS. • Deep understanding of software architecture and abstraction principles. • Experience working in complex, strictly regulated business domains (fintech, banking, etc.). • Working English for effective daily interaction in an international team.

🌟 Will be a plus: • Experience with GraphQL. • Practical skills with NoSQL databases. • Experience in FinTech companies or projects with high compliance requirements. • Experience working with Kanban or other flow-based Agile frameworks.
