☑️ Responsibilities -Develop new backend functionality in Go according to specifications -Support and develop existing services: fix bugs, refactor, improve performance -Work with Oracle: design schemas, write and optimize queries -Build asynchronous interaction between services via Kafka -Write and maintain unit and integration tests -Participate in the development of specifications, architecture, and contracts between services, interact with the project manager, analytics, QA, and adjacent teams (web, mobile) -Participate in code reviews and suggest improvements to code and processes

☑️ Candidate Requirements -At least 2 years of commercial Go development experience -Good understanding of concurrency in Go (goroutines, channels, context) and building HTTP services and REST APIs -Solid skills in working with relational databases and SQL. Oracle experience is a big plus, but can be learned on the job if you have a strong foundation in PostgreSQL or MySQL -Experience with Kafka or other message brokers -Experience with Docker and Linux in daily development -Basic Kubernetes skills for debugging: reading pod logs, port-forwarding to services -Proficient with Git and GitLab, understanding of CI/CD -Practice writing tests (unit, integration) -Willingness to work according to specifications and keep documentation up-to-date -Basic English for reading documentation -Will be a plus: -Experience in fintech or high-load projects -Practical experience with Oracle -Skills in designing reliable and scalable systems: caching, queues, monitoring
