☑️ Responsibilities
- Creation and support of high-load Go services for routing requests to neural networks
- Architecture design and scaling: development of distributed microservices in Kubernetes infrastructure
- Data flow and queue management: integration and optimization with Apache Kafka message broker
- Working with databases and analytics: schema design and query optimization in PostgreSQL and ClickHouse for tracking and billing
- Performance optimization and caching: implementation of caching mechanisms and session storage using Redis
- Development of proxy and billing subsystems: creation of reliable gateways for traffic proxying and user resource consumption accounting, management of limits, access by keys
- Code quality assurance: writing clean, maintainable code and covering it with tests
- Participation in engineering processes: conducting and undergoing cross Code Reviews to maintain high development standards, participation in daily technical calls with the team
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Relevant work experience of 5+ years
- Confident knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka
- Experience developing API Gateway
- Code testing culture
- Ability to prioritize and work without micromanagement
- Flexibility of thought and readiness for changes in a highly dynamic project
- Three instances of the proxy service have a shared limit of 100 requests per minute to the provider. The limit is implemented via Redis asynchronously (the connection counter is updated in the background). How should the service behave in case of Redis downtime?
