Hello everyone, I'm the backend team lead, looking for a Go developer for my team, mid-level plus or senior.
We're building a payment system for crypto and cards. Currently, we are splitting the old monolith on Python into services and want to finish by the end of the year. At peak, we handle about 3k rps.
Tech stack: Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse. Everything runs in Kubernetes.
We need at least 5 years of experience with Go and real-world experience working with Kafka and PostgreSQL under load, not just from tutorials.
Salary range: 500k to 700k rubles net (take-home pay), depending on the interview. Employment is through an individual entrepreneur or self-employed status. If you are not in Russia, payment can be in currency or crypto. Fully remote, minimal calls.
One call with me for about forty minutes, and if everything is good, we'll make an offer immediately. We are not disclosing the company name yet, I'll tell you closer to the offer.
