tldr: middle backend/frontend developers, ~300k RUB/month, can pay in usdt, all roles are remote

We are building a routing service for payment systems for a European client. We have been operating stably for 3 years and have doubled in size over the last year. One of the founders has a degree from the Faculty of Computer Science, the team has ~20 people.

We are currently looking for 3 roles:

1. backend developer (go)
2. backend developer (python)
3. frontend developer (react)

Features:

• Fast release cycle
• High decision-making speed
• Friendly team of 20+ people, including members from Higher School of Economics, MIPT, ITMO
• Payment in usdt/rub

Tasks for Go/Python backend:

• implementation of scalable APIs
• implementation of complex transaction routing systems between various providers
• provider API integrations
• working with complex mechanics

Tasks for Frontend:

• development of complex dashboards
• display of multi-level structures
• real-time data handling

Technology Stack: Go, Python, React (front), PostgreSQL, Redis, Elastic, Kunernetes

Requirements:

• active use of Claude/Codex/Cursor etc. for the last year
• Commercial experience in backend development with Go/Python for 2+ years for backend positions, with React for frontend
• will be a plus: education from MIPT/HSE/MSU, high rating on CF/olympiad achievements
