DevSecOps Specialist, Mayflower Salary: up to 5,600 EUR net (take-home)

Location: Cyprus, Limassol (Mandatory relocation, 5 days a week in-office)

Product: A high-tech streaming platform revolutionizing the entertainment and live performance (Live Entertainment) industry. It ranks among the top 50 websites globally by traffic (over 1 billion visits per month). We are looking for a DevSecOps specialist to enhance the security of our architecture (infrastructure, applications, data) while maintaining high speed and reliability in product delivery.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the security architecture of IT systems, networks, and endpoints. Assess and mitigate risks, implement security initiatives in line with business goals and compliance. Collaborate closely with development and operations teams (DevOps) to integrate security practices at all stages of deployment. Research new technologies and trends in the security domain to improve company protection.

Stack and Requirements: Proficient in Ansible and Terraform (IaC). Deep understanding of cloud security and network security frameworks (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, Endpoint security). Experience with encryption technologies, PKI, and cryptographic protocols (SSL/TLS, IPSec). Understanding of access management systems (IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC). Knowledge of Threat Intelligence platforms and incident response methodologies.

Will be a plus: Experience with SIEM, Cloudflare, Kubernetes, ELK. Automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash. Relevant certifications (IT / DevOps / Security). Experience with risk assessment frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and compliance standards (GDPR, PCI DSS). Experience with vulnerability scanners and penetration testing tools (Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit).
