Developer

We are looking for a developer who can not only create projects using AI but also independently understand code, configure, maintain, and fix existing systems — including our CRM, initially created through AI.

What you will be doing Developing and improving company websites using AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, etc.) Configuring, fixing, and maintaining existing websites Understanding the code of our proprietary CRM (AI-generated) — finding and fixing bugs, making changes upon request Working with APIs, integrations, and databases If necessary — automating routine internal processes using AI

What is important Web development experience (Fullstack or strong Frontend+Backend) — from 1 year, including independent projects from idea to production Practical experience using AI tools in development — including the ability to confidently read and understand AI-generated code, not just write prompts Experience supporting existing projects: the ability to independently find the cause of a problem in unfamiliar code without ready-made technical specifications Git / GitHub, understanding databases, experience working with APIs Independence: it's important not just to complete a task according to specifications, but to understand the problem and propose a solution

Will be a plus Experience in modifying projects initially created through AI platforms (Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit Agent) Experience working with CRM systems and integrations with external services Portfolio of websites made with AI
