How the selection process works

1. Complete a mini-project

A driver's shift diary on any tech stack. AI can and should be used. 2. ### Fill out the application form

Six questions and a link to the repository — about 20–30 minutes. 3. ### Interview

We will invite the best candidates for a conversation with the manager. Everyone will receive a response.

What you will be doing

• Mobile applications and backend
• Integrations with external APIs, payment, and government systems
• Every change goes through review, auto-checks, and build

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of commercial development experience
• Deliver the task to a working build, not just to "it works on my machine"
• Use AI tools and know where they cannot be trusted

Mini-project: Driver's shift diary

Create a small application called "Driver's Shift Diary". You can use any tech stack: mobile app, web, or console client plus a server. You can and should use AI tools.

Data: a file with driver trips in JSON format (example below). Each trip includes start time, end time, amount, payment method (cash/card), commission.

What should work:

1. The server should provide an API to get a list of trips for a selected day and a daily summary: number of trips, revenue, commission, net earnings, cash/card breakdown.
2. The client should display the daily summary and the list of trips, and allow switching between days.
3. Adding a trip via API with data validation (amount > 0, end time after start time). Resubmitting the same trip should not create a duplicate.
4. Tests for summary calculation and duplicate protection.

What to submit (in the application form below):

• A link to a public repository (GitHub or GitLab) with a README: how to run it and what has been done;
• Optionally, a link to a demo or screenshots;
• Briefly describe how you used AI, where it made mistakes, and what you corrected yourself.
