Product Builder

We're not hiring traditional PMs. We're hiring Product Builders:

A traditional PM writes the PRD
A Product Builder fires up Cursor and prompts their way to a prototype

A traditional PM asks "what do users want?"
A Product Builder puts something in users' hands and finds out

A traditional PM runs discovery and delivery as sequential phases
A Product Builder runs discovery and delivery in parallel and learns by shipping

The fundamentals are identical: customer obsession. Same strategic instincts. Same relentless curiosity. But a Product Builder doesn't stop there.

If you want to orchestrate, there are brilliant roles out there for you.
If you want to play the instrument AND conduct — we're based in Athens and Bogotá, and we'd love to talk.

DM me. Our Product Directors will take it from there — spoiler: They're all Product Builders too.
