Senior QA Engineer - Mobile

About the role

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a team, collaborating closely with Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will fully own the QA process, drive quality standards and ensure efficient testing practices.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in testing product features at all stages of development to ensure quality and functionality.
• Perform release testing for our mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers to plan and execute testing strategies, identifying and resolving issues early in the development cycle.
• Work with Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to review features and provide critical feedback for improving product design and usability.
• Support the team in keeping documentation updated and maintaining a healthy, efficient test suite.

About you:

• You are experienced with manual testing of mobile applications in both Android and iOS.
• You have experience with REST API testing and a solid understanding of how applications communicate with servers.
• You are familiar with performing release testing in an agile environment with a constant release lifecycle.
• You value a good user experience.
• You enjoy collaborating closely with software engineers and you don't shy away from taking ownership of different tasks and supporting other teams.
