Intch is looking for a QA Engineer Full-time | Remote (up to GMT+7)

Intch is a new-format professional networking app: instead of resumes, there are short pitches, and AI matches relevant contacts and collaborations. We are developing two products: a B2C app for professionals and a B2B product for SMBs that needs expertise here and now, without full-time hiring.

We are looking for a QA engineer with ownership for release quality — not a "bug fixer," but a full team member who takes a systematic approach to quality and influences the maturity of QA processes.

Work format: Initially — onboarding under the mentorship of a QA Lead: immersion into the product, testing processes, and autotests. Then — a gradual transition to independent work and full ownership of your areas of responsibility.

What you will be doing: • Manual testing of web and mobile releases (iOS/Android) • Regression testing, participation in the development and updating of the regression plan • Bug analysis and localization: understand the nature of the problem, reproduce it, clearly communicate to developers • Close interaction with the frontend/backend/mobile team on quality issues • Participation in the development and support of autotests with the development team • Systematization and improvement of QA processes: documentation, test cases, regression plans

Stack: Qase, Notion, Miro — TMS and documentation; Python, Playwright, Allure — autotests

What is important: • 5+ years of manual testing of web and mobile applications — must-have • Confident work with DevTools, Network, logs, stack traces, and API requests — basic diagnostics at a reflex level — must-have • Understanding of modern frontend/backend/mobile architectures, ability to quickly understand an unfamiliar stack • Ability to competently localize a bug: clear reproduction steps, analysis of the cause, clear communication to the developer — must-have • Experience in creating test documentation, test cases, and regression plans — must-have • Soft skills: systematic thinking, attention to detail, independence, initiative, constructive communication

Will not suit if: you prefer a formal approach like "something is not working" without wanting to delve into the reasons. We value responsibility and initiative — the ability to independently notice problems and propose solutions, not just complete assigned tasks.
