We are looking for a test automation engineer to join the team developing the company's innovative AI solutions. We need a specialist with industrial automation experience in Python, who can be responsible for product quality at all stages — from startup to production.
Stack: Python, Pytest, Jenkins, RESTful API/gRPC, Selenium/Playwright.
🔷Tasks: Participation in the development of the company's new innovative solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence, from the start to production. Responsibility for product quality, applying the necessary skills for the respective stages; Test automation from the initial stages of the project, maintaining and supporting automatic testing cycles and test scripts; Developing testing strategies and plans based on product requirements, preparing test reports; Supporting developers in product debugging, logging defects in the bug-tracking system (Jira), validating corrected defects; Interaction with the infrastructure team, participating in infrastructure and resource planning.
🔷Mandatory Requirements: Experience in industrial test automation using Python/Pytest for at least 3 years; Solid knowledge of Python at an upper-intermediate level; Experience integrating automated tests into CI (Jenkins or any other CI server); Experience in automated API testing (RESTful API, gRPC) with Python; Experience in manual and automated testing of web applications (Selenium, Playwright); Knowledge of testing theory and the ability to apply it in practice; Understanding of principles for building robust automated tests; Knowledge of automation patterns (PageObject, PageFragment, PageElement, ValueObject) and the ability to apply them in practice; Knowledge of common design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator, etc.) and the ability to apply them in practice; Experience working with any test management system and keeping the test base of automatic and manual tests up-to-date.
