Test Engineer for the AI assistant development team at Sberbank Online. Responsibilities include checking the quality of dialogue interaction, automating functional and regression testing, and developing a test model.
Tasks:
- Checking the accuracy of the assistant's recommendations and prompts
- Evaluating the quality of dialogue interaction and response to non-standard requests
- Monitoring system performance when processing complex communication scenarios
- Conducting functional/regression testing of the assistant
- Developing a test model (compiling and updating test plans and test cases)
- Identifying, logging, and tracking defects in Jira
- Automating functional/regression testing
- Interacting with developers, analysts, related teams, and support
- Organizing and conducting acceptance testing of developed solutions
- Developing/maintaining documentation for developed systems
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of software testing methodology
- Experience testing Web applications (frontend & backend)
- Knowledge of typical web technologies: REST, SOAP, HTTP/HTTPS
- Knowledge of data formats used on the web: XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL
- Experience testing APIs
- Knowledge of SQL basics
- Experience with defect tracking systems (Jira or similar)
- Experience developing AI agents
- Understanding of how to work with LLMs (GigaChat is used on the project) and experience integrating with them via API, ability to write system instruction prompts for LLMs
- Understanding of the lifecycle of ML models in production: integration via MLflow / BentoML / Triton, model versioning, health checks
