Hello! Sofi is a young IT company that automates job searching. From resume building, job applications to interview invitations and correspondence with recruiters.
What pain point do we solve?
1500 to 3000 people apply for one Junior vacancy. A recruiter reviews only 40–50 applications. To get 2–3 invitations, you need to make 600–700 applications, each taking 5–15 minutes.
That's why we developed Sofi — an AI assistant that automates 80% of job search routine.
Who is on the team: 1 designer, 1 developer, 1 support specialist, 1 marketer.
We are looking for a Junior/Middle QA Engineer who wants to develop the quality of an AI product from scratch.
Tasks:
- Testing web applications and new product features.
- Functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Testing REST API and integrations with external services (HH.ru, LinkedIn, email providers, etc.).
- Testing integrations with AI models and NLP services.
- Compiling test cases, checklists, and other test documentation.
- Searching, describing, and reproducing bugs, monitoring their fixes.
- Checking product performance on different devices and in different browsers.
- Interacting with developers and designers during the development and release of new features.
Tech Stack (required):
- Experience with manual testing of web applications.
- Understanding of testing principles and methods.
- Understanding of REST API and experience with API testing.
- Experience with DevTools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Git.
- Understanding of client-server architecture.
- Basic understanding of AI / NLP and working with external models via API.
Plus:
- Experience with Postman / Swagger.
- Experience writing autotests.
- Experience testing integrations and asynchronous processes.
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with load testing.
- Interest in AI and automation.
