We are looking for a QA engineer with a strong engineering background. You will take over the platform automation entirely: framework, contracts, CI, load, and evals. The main task is to make quality measurable where the same input results in a different output each time. The core of the work involves testing APIs, event pipelines, and LLMs.

What you'll be doing: 🔹 Automating APIs, streaming, event pipelines, and UI (TypeScript + Playwright) 🔹 Testing LLM providers: fallbacks, limits, degradation, token costs 🔹 Testing agent scenarios: agent loop, tool calls, MCP 🔹 Collecting evals for AI features — to quantify when things 'get worse' 🔹 Intentional 'breaking': prompt injections, prompt leaks, filter bypasses 🔹 Analyzing incidents and turning them into regression tests 🔹 Reviewing contracts and APIs before implementation (contract-first)

What's important: ▪️ 3+ years in automation living in production ▪️ Strong TypeScript, Python at a reading/editing level ▪️ Playwright (API + browser), experience with REST/SSE ▪️ Experience with LLM API, agent loop, evals ▪️ SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, CI/CD ▪️ Docker is mandatory, Kubernetes is a plus ▪️ Understanding of event systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) ▪️ SWE agents in daily work (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) ▪️ Ownership: you find risks yourself and bring bugs to a fix
