🚀 Head of Email Deliverability Infrastructure (iGaming)

We are looking for a specialist who fully owns the email infrastructure and is responsible for inbox placement and stable revenue in iGaming projects.

This is not a role about content or CRM – it's about ownership of the sending infrastructure and reputation.

Tasks: — Design and develop email infrastructure for scale — Manage domain/IP/ESP pools, their isolation, and rotation — Control inbox placement (key metric — inbox) — Warm-up, manage degradations and recovery — Switch traffic without interrupting mailings — Work with cold/nurturing/hot email streams — Protect revenue during blocks and incidents

Requirements: — Experience in building or scaling email infrastructure — Experience in iGaming — Deep understanding of deliverability and reputation factors — Practical experience with multiple ESPs, domains, and IP pools — Independence in making technical decisions — Ownership approach and results orientation
