Hello. I’m Dima Rospopov, Art Director at Dear Agency. Our agency creates media for companies. Currently, there are about 50 people on the team: designers, managers, editors. We work remotely.

What will the designer do? (Responsibilities)

• Fully online work from anywhere in the world.
• International projects in the fields of culture, education, media.
• Creation of animations and editing of simple video clips.
• Creation of layouts and templates for social media and beyond.
• Photo editing.

Designer Skills (Requirements)

• Proficiency in Figma. Medium complexity animation.
• Understanding of typography.
• 3D skills will be a big plus.
• Ability to independently organize your work, clearly assess tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate with the team and defend your point of view.
