Project-Based Designer

Aledus is looking for a Designer to support us on a project basis with different visual and marketing tasks as they come up.

What you’ll work on

Depending on the project, your tasks may include:

• Creating banners and visuals for marketing campaigns and social media
• Designing brochures, presentations, one-pagers and other marketing materials
• Working with existing brand guidelines and developing visuals within them
• Creating and adapting website visuals and simple web layouts
• Preparing materials for events and internal communications
• Adapting designs into different formats and sizes
• Occasionally creating concepts from scratch based on a brief

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in graphic / marketing / digital design
• Strong portfolio with examples of digital and marketing materials
• Good understanding of visual composition, typography and branding
• Experience with Figma and/or Adobe tools
• Ability to work independently from a brief and ask the right questions when something is unclear
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet agreed deadlines
• Comfortable working on different types of tasks rather than focusing on one narrow design area
• English — B2+ for communication and understanding briefs

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B / IT / tech companies
• Basic understanding of web design and responsive layouts
• Experience creating presentations, brochures or other sales/marketing collateral
