✅ Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute high-level visual assets across digital, print, merchandise, stage visuals, and more. • Work closely with the Art Director to translate creative concepts into design deliverables. • Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative design approaches. • Support and review the work of junior designers and freelancers when needed. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event branding, artist campaigns, and social content. • Stay current on design trends, visual culture, and what’s happening in the global dance music scene. • Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed • All other projects and initiatives as identified

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience (agency, entertainment, or music industry preferred). • A sharp, polished portfolio that includes branding, event visuals, and digital content. • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator — motion is a big plus). • Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color, typography, and layout. • Passion for dance music, festival culture, and nightlife aesthetics. • Comfort working under direction while owning and executing creative solutions. • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with tight turnarounds.
