Freelance Graphic Designer

We're looking for a freelance graphic designer to join our bench at Brand Buddha. 🎨

We're a boutique creative production agency that works heavily in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. If you're detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working within tight brand and regulatory guidelines while still thinking creatively — this might be the right fit!

What you'll work on:

• Product photo retouching in Photoshop — taking client-supplied images or photos we take in studio and transforming them into polished, professional shots (label updates, quality enhancement, compositing)
• Brochure and print ad production
• Digital ad creation across various formats
• Print collateral and decks
• Web mockups and UI assets
• Conference support

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of design experience
• Strong portfolio across brand, digital, and print
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Fast, reliable, and self-directed
• Comfortable working within strict brand and regulatory guidelines
• Turnarounds vary — we do our best to give you a week's notice, but some projects need a quick 24–48 hour turnaround. We need someone who's comfortable with both.
• No heavy process — our style is casual and direct. Tasks come through ClickUp with everything you need (details, assets, due date), we stay in touch over Google Chat, and most projects skip the kickoff call entirely.
• Video editing experience is a plus — not required

If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and have experience in pharma, healthcare, or similar regulated industries, we'd love to hear from you.

Send your portfolio and a brief intro to recruiter contact or DM us.
