Main Objectives
- Organization of processes for the implementation and maintenance of payment products and technologies.
- Coordination of projects for the development of online service infrastructure and electronic banking solutions.
- Analysis of customer needs and development of proposals for improving the customer experience.
- Interaction with bank departments and external partner organizations for effective product promotion.
- Team leadership, staff motivation, and development of their competencies.
Responsibilities
- Achieving targets (Acquiring + Payments), project work aimed at increasing operating income, growing the market share of Merchant and Internet Acquiring in the region.
- Monitoring the market and competitive environment, preparing recommendations for improving business processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Defining standards for customer service quality and monitoring compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
- Preparing reports and presentations for company management, participating in negotiations with clients and partners.
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the remote banking service system, user support, and technical assistance to employees.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Higher education in the field of economics
- Work experience in managerial positions in the banking sector (minimum 1-2 years).
- Knowledge of modern data analysis methods and business process automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations and manage projects.
