Kodland is an international online school of digital skills for children and teenagers aged 6 to 17. We help children bring their ideas to life in the form of in-demand digital products. Today, 16,000 students are enrolled at Kodland, and 1000 teachers work there. The platform's geography is constantly expanding and covers 40 countries.

What you will do

Develop and implement visual concepts for advertising campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials

Create simple illustrations, icons, and infographics for various company projects

Work with the design system, participate in its development, and seek non-standard visual solutions

Participate in the idea generation process, make well-reasoned and argued design decisions

Interact with an international team in English (reading technical specifications, written communication on tasks if necessary)

What we expect from you

Proficient in graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Knowledge of After Effects for creating simple animations

Understanding of how design works in marketing and helps solve specific business problems

Ability to ask clients questions, find suitable visual concepts, and defend your decisions with arguments

Understanding of current design trends and the ability to adapt them to project tasks

English language level — B1–B2

Portfolio with high-quality, aesthetically pleasing projects

At least 2 years of design work experience

Will be a plus
