We are the creators of the first award in Russia for creators working with AI – "Aidа".
Within the team, we actively develop expertise: we conduct lectures, master classes, and share our practices in working with neural networks. Our designers take first places in Russia for 2D graphics, motion graphics, and animation according to the "Reyting Runeta" rating.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with neural networks to generate and refine visual content
- Developing product Key Visuals for digital advertising and in-app formats
- Visualizing ideas for advertising campaigns and marketing materials
- Working with images: retouching, color correction, making edits, extracting complex source files, and adding elements
- Participating in the development of non-standard special projects (concepts for brand zones, installations, POSM, brand integration into the environment)
- Designing presentations, reports, brochures, and other materials
- Developing branded merchandise, merch, and branded uniforms
- Creating situational identity within the corporate style (logos, guidelines, style-defining elements)
- Developing printed materials (leaflets, certificates, posters, flyers, table tents, etc.)
- Participating in the development of advertising campaign concepts, including Key Visuals and master layouts for outdoor advertising
- Creating simple vector illustrations and icons in a given style
- Partial art direction and support for the team lead
What we expect from you:
- Advanced proficiency in tools: neural networks, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, working with modular grids
- Knowledge in branding and corporate identity development
- Developed spatial reasoning
- Experience in developing layouts for various media platforms: print materials, digital, social media, etc.
- Skills in creating illustrations and graphics for presentations, reports, and other formats
- Ability to visualize complex ideas and data in a clear and aesthetic way
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Understanding of target audience characteristics and the ability to adapt visual solutions to them
- Developed visual awareness and sense of visual style
- Ability to work deeply with technical specifications: identify the core of the task, propose solutions considering the brand book
- Basic art direction skills: arguing solutions, defending concepts, presenting ideas
Will be a plus: Motion design skills, experience with After Effects
