AI / Digital designer

Hi! We are the YTG media buying team, and we are looking for a designer to join our team who knows how to create selling creatives.

Tasks:

• Create YouTube previews for videos in a small weekly volume (2-4 previews per week)
• Select/process photos, cut out characters, and if necessary, generate a character/pose/emotion using AI
• Meet deadlines + adequate reaction to edits

❗️ Requirements:

• Relevant experience: 1-2 years (or 30+ previews in the portfolio) specifically in YouTube thumbnails / media design for YouTube channels.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalents).
• Understanding of basic conversion design metrics (colors, composition, CTA elements).
• Ability to work with AI tools for generating/editing characters and backgrounds (based on source material from the video)
• A sense of "expensive" visuals (not overloaded with info/crypto style)
• Responsibility, speed, attention to detail, adaptability to requirements.

Plus points:

• Experience in finance / trading / crypto
• Ability to suggest ideas, not just execute the brief
