What you will be doing:

• Lead a communication design project in conjunction with a project manager (planning, communication, and project development)
• Collaborate with 3D, UI/UX, and marketing units
• Manage a team of designers: distribute tasks, monitor workload and quality
• Be responsible for the final project outcome — visuals, ideas, and compliance with the client's business objectives
• Participate in the development of concepts and complex cases
• Work with client feedback and develop the project
• Optimize processes by implementing new ideas and methodologies, and increase team efficiency
• Develop designers: conduct reviews, build development tracks, share expertise and experience

What we expect from you:

Management Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Lead Designer/Team Lead
• Ability to organize team work and provide clear feedback
• Experience in task estimation, decomposition, and planning

Strong Design Foundation:

• Composition, typography, color, layout
• Ability to create cohesive and expressive visual solutions

Communication Design:

• Experience with KV, digital creatives, advertising materials (print, outdoor)
• Experience in developing creative concepts

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficient in working with current neural networks: image generation (Nano Banana, Seedream, Reve, Midjourney, ChatGPT) and video (Kling, Seedance) of any complexity, post-processing and integration into designs without artifacts

Visual Awareness and Thinking:

• Developed taste and understanding of trends
• Ability to explain your decisions based on the task and context
• Ability to find non-obvious approaches, rather than following templates

Will be a plus:

• In-depth experience in 3D or motion graphics
• Additional design skills
