Communications Designer
Hello!
We are looking for a Communications Designer to help us build processes so that the creation of layouts is as high-quality, fast, and pleasant as possible for all participants.

What you will be doing:
- Developing content and layouts for internal and external communications;
- Interacting with the art director, traffic manager, and (sometimes) clients;
- Devising and implementing the most effective and high-quality solutions;
- Developing the brand's visual language and maintaining design systems;
- Monitoring guideline adherence by the team;
- Monitoring current trends and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education (a relevant degree is a plus);
- 2+ years of experience;
- Ability to clearly and understandably communicate ideas to the art director, designers, and clients;
- Excellent command of Figma and Adobe Suite;
- Experience with visual content generation (the ability to build processes within different grids is a plus);
- Attention to detail and a drive for perfection;
- Impressive portfolio;
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize your time.
