Graphic Designer
Onkolika is a charitable foundation that provides comprehensive support and navigation to adult cancer patients over 18 years old and their loved ones throughout Russia. Our mission is to help adults and those who care for them.
We value strong design and understand its role in communicating with people. You will work in a team that develops the foundation's brand and respects everyone's contribution to the common cause.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the foundation's corporate identity;
- Create visual materials for digital communications: social networks, website, newsletters, advertising campaigns, and special projects;
- Develop and lay out presentations (reports, partnership proposals, internal materials);
- Develop landing pages and new website pages in Tilda;
- Create merchandise designs and prepare layouts for production;
- Perform simple editing and motion graphics (animated posts, video banners, clip editing, subtitles);
- Process photographs within a unified visual style;
- Develop templates for the team (presentations, social media, internal materials);
- Prepare layouts for printing and publication in accordance with the technical requirements of printing houses and contractors;
- Interact with printing houses and production contractors on design issues;
- Participate in the development of visual concepts for special projects, events, and partnership campaigns;
- Ensure the consistent visual quality of the foundation's communications.
What we expect:
- At least 3 years of experience as a graphic or communication designer;
- Relevant portfolio;
- Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint;
- Confident work with Tilda;
- Good taste, visual awareness, and attention to detail;
- Understanding of the principles of composition, typography, and modern digital communications;
- Experience in preparing files for print according to technical requirements of contractors;
- Proactivity, desire to offer ideas and improve processes;
- Ability to work in a team and solve non-standard problems.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in creating templates and design systems in Figma;
- Skills in working with Adobe After Effects.
Conditions:
- Formal employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first working day;
- Work schedule: 5/2 (Mon-Fri from 9:00/10:00 to 18:00/19:00);
- Hybrid work format may be agreed upon after the interview (1-2 days a week remotely, fully remote format is not considered);
