WIM.Agency is looking for experienced communication designers to join our production team.
Our team develops creative content for brands: "Dodo Pizza", "Yandex.Plus", "Perekrestok", and more.
What will the designer do?
- Most of the work (up to 90%) will involve designing email campaigns, but no prior experience in this is required — we will teach you.
- Also, from time to time, it will be necessary to create landing pages, banners, and gamifications.
What we expect from you:
- a portfolio with commercial projects (landing pages, banners; email campaigns would be a plus);
- experience working in Figma – attention to detail, specifically: to the spacing system (rules of inner and outer spacing), distribution of emphasis, and skillful use of space.
Conditions:
- fully remote work from anywhere in the world
- work schedule: from Monday to Friday, it is important to be available from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time; approximate monthly workload is 80 hours, suitable for combining with part-time or freelance projects
- hourly pay (includes the full work cycle: from discussing the layout to making revisions)
- official contract and payment
- we provide access to the corporate Figma, as well as to Shutterstock, Unsplash, Midjourney, and Sora
Selection stages:
- we review your resume and portfolio within 1-3 days - we write to the candidates we liked.
- a short interview with the manager;
- a small test task (unpaid).
