Key goal of the vacancy: Development and visual implementation of the company's brand design strategy, creation of strong visual identity, packaging, and advertising materials, as well as optimization of design processes, including with the help of modern AI tools.
Main tasks:
- Concept Development: creation of visual brand style, development of logos, corporate styles, guidelines, and brand books (or redesign of current ones)
- Packaging Design: development of creative packaging concepts for new company products (jointly with the brand manager), creation of Key Visuals
- Guideline Control: authorship supervision of the design system compliance at all consumer touchpoints
- Marketing Design: creation of banners for digital projects, mockups for SMM, email newsletters, and websites/landing pages
- POS Materials: development of designs for trade equipment, wobblers, shelf talkers, print materials, and presentation materials for federal networks.
- Process Optimization and AI work (AI tools)
- Rapid Prototyping: active use of neural networks for generating concepts, backgrounds, textures, and references during brainstorming stages
- Retouching and Refinement: integration of AI into daily workflow for scaling graphics, generating placeholders, smart object removal, and canvas extension (generative fill)
- Pre-press Preparation of Layouts: adaptation of design layouts for various formats and technical requirements of printing houses (distortions, bleeds, trapping, knowledge of color models)
- Production Control: participation in material selection (UV varnish, embossing, types of cardboard) and checking color proofs before mass production
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in graphic design / packaging design (experience in FMCG or branding agencies will be a significant advantage)
- Current portfolio is required
Competencies and software knowledge:
- Professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Confident work in Figma (components, autolayouts) for creating digital layouts and presentations
- Active AI user: experience in working with and creating quality prompts in Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT / DALL-E for generating graphics, ideas, and textures
- Additional plus (not mandatory, but will highlight the candidate): basic 3D skills for quick visualization of packaging on mockups
- Deep understanding of printing processes (flexography, offset, digital), knowledge of file preparation specifics for production
Personal qualities:
- High level of visual awareness and sense of style (typography, composition, color theory)
- Ability to confidently defend visual solutions to the business and adequately accept edits
- Desire to test new digital tools, plugins, and neural networks for automating routine tasks
- Attention to detail: accuracy in source file layers, adherence to deadlines
