Responsibilities
- Development of creative visual concepts for advertising campaigns, digital communications, special projects, and events within the brand book.
- Creation of key campaign visuals and adaptation of visual materials for various formats and media (Social media, POSMs, outdoor advertising, presentations, festival integrations, pop-up zones).
- Work with mood boards, references, visual culture trends, lifestyle aesthetics, and modern digital formats.
- Development of visual materials in collaboration with the creative team: copywriter, marketing, event manager.
- Preparation of layouts for production and interaction with contractors: printing houses, production companies, construction companies, digital agencies.
- Quality control of visual solution implementation during production and installation.
- Creation of presentation materials for internal and external communications.
- Search and implementation of current visual trends considering the brand's target audience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in design.
- Proficient in graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint / Keynote.
- Understanding of prepress preparation and POSM production principles.
- Understanding of modern digital and social media trends.
- High visual awareness and sense of composition.
- Understanding of materials, structures, and production specifics for offline media.
- Effective communication skills with contractors and internal teams.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate non-standard ideas.
- Visual boldness and good taste, attention to detail.
Conditions
- Official employment and payment twice a month, guarantees according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Work schedule: 5/2, 8-hour day with flexible start time at 9.00 or 10.00.
- Hybrid work format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
- Corporate training.
- The head office is located in the Western Administrative Okrug of Moscow at Ryabinovaya Street, 26 (short walk from Kuntsevskaya or Ozernaya metro stations).
