Senior Designer
Zielinski & Rozen is a niche perfumery brand whose history began in 1905. The brand's history is also the family's history. Today, Zielinski & Rozen is led by the sole perfumer and ideologist Erez Rozen, who continues the traditions of his great-grandfather – an apothecary who created fragrances back in the early 20th century.
Responsibilities:
Design Block:
- Development and design of new products within the brand (demonstration stands, selection and development of packaging, merchandise, related products);
- Realistic visualizations, product and interior shots;
- Layout and implementation of POS materials;
- Layout and implementation of mock-ups for the construction department (signage, stencils, construction banners, etc.);
- Work with production contractors – RF, India, China, EU (setting technical specifications, interim assessments, result control);
- Preparation of presentations based on samples;
- Web design (static / animated banners, product cards, photo resizing, social media content);
- Review and discussion of creative projects.
Management Block (assisting the art director, substituting in their absence):
- Internal control of task execution, setting deadlines, assistance with delegation and distribution of incoming tasks;
- Interaction with other departments on design issues;
- Feedback to designers on assigned tasks, control of intermediate results.
Additional:
- Basic video editing skills;
- Conducting photo shoots;
- Basic 3D modeling skills;
- Ability to draw by hand;
- Calligraphy / Lettering.
Requirements:
- Adobe programs, confident user (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma.
- Experience in C4D and experiments in motion design will be a plus — it will be useful in the future and allow for expanding the potential of expressive means.
- Basic UI/UX design skills.
- Mandatory experience as a graphic designer / web designer.
- Confident work with typography.
- Understanding of modular-proportionate systems: how grids, text, and illustrations work within them.
- Ability to use common design tools (work will be with both print media and digital).
- We are looking for a person with a developed set of soft skills and a portfolio that consists of solved tasks in the field of communication design, showing examples of work in offline and digital environments.
