Senior Communication Designer
Team
Communication Design
About the vacancy
For 17 years, Redis has been helping corporate marketing, HR, and brand teams solve tasks quickly and accurately according to brand guidelines. We work with digital, packaging, outdoor advertising, and BTL.
The team includes specialists with experience in agencies, big tech, and media. We have implemented hundreds of projects, some of which have received international awards.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Communication Designer who is responsible not only for visuals but also for the logic of solutions at the campaign level.
- You know how to create a strong key visual: from idea to finalization, with a clear scaling system.
- You work not with individual images/layouts, but build a visual system for the campaign.
- You control consistency: ensuring that solutions do not diverge between formats and channels.
- You understand how a brand works: you know how to apply guidelines in complex tasks and interpret them without losing meaning.
- You know how to work with visual metaphors and ideas: evaluate their strength, discard weak solutions, and strengthen good ones.
- You think about perception – what is read, what is remembered, and what feeling remains.
- You can explain and defend your decisions: through the brand's task, the target audience, and the business context.
Important:
- Strong composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Confident work with neural networks, prompting, retouching, color, and final image quality.
- You understand production: pre-press, media limitations, technical requirements.
- You can provide clear feedback on motion design (rhythm, timing, logic of movement).
- You understand how visual systems are adapted to different formats.
- You know how to perform final QC: catch errors, inconsistencies, and systemic problems in campaign scaling.
We offer:
- Work with large brands and tasks of various scales – from digital to 360 campaigns with development for different channels and formats.
- Participation in developing solutions, not just executing them.
- Work in an environment where growth happens through practice: various types of tasks, new tools, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support for public activity: presentations, case studies, professional contacts.
- A team with a normal work culture, free from toxicity and unnecessary pressure.
- Full remote work and established processes for a distributed team.
How to apply
If you like this approach, briefly describe 5-7 key cases and your level of involvement in them in your cover letter: what exactly you worked on and which stages you were responsible for.
After applying
We review resumes and portfolios. If your approach and visual language resonate with us, we will invite you for an interview. Next, a technical interview and discussion of tasks. If expectations align, we will make an offer and introduce you to the team.
