Middle Communication Designer

Communication Design
About the vacancy
For 17 years, Redis has been helping marketing, HR, and brand teams of corporations solve thousands of tasks — quickly and accurately according to brand guidelines. We work with digital, packaging, outdoor advertising, and BTL, creating ideas that truly work and are recognized with international awards.
We have a strong team of art directors and managers with experience in agencies and corporations. You will work alongside people who have hundreds of completed projects and dozens of awards to their name.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is confident in production and doesn't get lost when tasks are numerous and varied. Can independently assemble a key visual from idea to finalization: generate a base, carefully retouch, align, bring to brand, and bring it to a state ready for client presentation.
- Understands typography and grids, has a feel for composition and rhythm, doesn't break hierarchy, and doesn't create a messy look – even in the details. At the same time, doesn't get bogged down in perfectionism where speed and accuracy are more important.
- Doesn't just execute the brief, but thinks visually: asks questions, suggests options, sees where an idea can be strengthened or made simpler and cleaner.
- Can work with art direction and doesn't take feedback as a personal drama.
- Works calmly with key visuals, adaptations, digital, and print, understands how to prepare layouts for production, what's important during prepress, and where issues might arise. If the project involves shooting or animation, they can gather references, a mood board, and a storyboard so everyone is on the same page.
- Meets deadlines, provides advance notice if falling behind, and can prioritize tasks.
- And, importantly: is someone who can use neural networks meaningfully: not as a "magic button," but as a tool for acceleration – followed by manual refinement, retouching, and bringing it to a high-quality final product.
Additional wishes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in the final stage are important to us: so that layouts are clean, precise, and don't fall apart in the details. Pedantry here isn't about being fussy, but about a professional sense of quality.
- We value calmness under deadlines and a healthy attitude towards work: when something doesn't go according to plan, you don't panic or shut down, but look for solutions and move forward.
We offer:
- Work with major brands and complex tasks: from digital to outdoor advertising and special projects. Projects that are not embarrassing to showcase and discuss in case studies.
- An environment for growth: we look around a lot, follow tools and trends, try new things, and share experience within the team. Growth through real work.
- Support for personal brand development: speaking engagements, professional contacts, public case studies – if this is important to you, we help, not hinder.
- A strong design team without toxicity or ego contests. We consciously assemble people who are pleasant and interesting to work with.
- Full remote work and flexibility: work from any country, clear conditions, and established processes for a distributed team.
