Graphic Designer junior / middle

HighTower is looking for a graphic designer for part-time project work with the possibility of long-term remote cooperation.

We need a person who can quickly and accurately create visuals according to the brief, has a sense of style, and can eventually take on design systems and brand visuals.

What needs to be done

Primary (regularly):

• Covers and templates for posts (Telegram / Twitter / media)
• Graphics according to a clear brief (announcements, cards, visuals)
• Adaptation of templates for different formats
• Quick edits without "disappearances"

Additional:

• Development of visual concepts
• Brand design / identity
• Visual guides / templates for the team

Occasionally

• Landing pages or web blocks (optional)

We are looking for a candidate who:

• is proficient in Figma
• understands composition, typography, grids
• has up-to-date knowledge and skills in AI
• knows how to create clean and clear designs, without overload
• meets deadlines and stays in touch promptly
• is open to edits
• thinks within the scope of the task, not just "what looks prettier"

Conditions and payment

• Payment — 2 times a month / upon completion of tasks / by agreement.
