Senior Graphic / Communication Designer

We are looking for a senior graphic / communication designer with a strong visual level and 6+ years of experience, who will take on the development of the visual communication of a cryptocurrency bank brand at a systemic level.

This is a role for a mature designer who can not only complete individual tasks but also build a holistic visual presentation of the brand across all touchpoints: in marketing materials, presentations, digital communication, offline media, partner and event materials.

We need a person who can translate complex financial and cryptocurrency products into a clear, modern, technologically advanced, and trustworthy visual language.

What you will do — Develop and enhance the brand's visual language across all communication channels — Create communication concepts for digital, marketing, partner, and event directions — Develop key visuals, advertising creatives, banner systems, special projects, promo pages, and landing pages — Prepare high-level presentations for clients, partners, investors, and internal teams — Develop materials for offline communication: exhibitions, conferences, stands, brochures, business cards, merchandise, POSM, and navigation — Package complex fintech and cryptocurrency topics into an understandable and persuasive visual form — Ensure consistency of visual communication between marketing, product, B2B, and external communications — Participate in art direction and set a high standard for the quality of visual materials — Work closely with marketing, product, business teams, and contractors — Control the quality of implementation, prepare layouts for production, and final delivery

What we expect — 6+ years of experience in graphic / communication design — A strong portfolio with high visual quality work — Solid experience in digital communication, brand materials, and offline media — Excellent command of composition, typography, grids, rhythm, and visual hierarchy — Ability to create a modern, clean, technologically advanced, and premium visual language — Experience in systemic work with brand visual communication, not just individual media — Ability to independently propose visual approaches and enhance the quality of solutions — Ability to justify design decisions and present them to the team and stakeholders — High level of visual awareness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual quality

Experience particularly important — fintech / crypto / banking / investment / tech — presentations for B2B, partners, sales, and leadership — event materials and offline communication — packaging complex products and meanings into clear visual presentation — working in a rapidly changing technological or product environment

Will be a plus — Experience in developing a brand's visual system — Art direction skills — Experience with motion, 3D, or AI tools as part of the visual pipeline — Experience interacting with print production and contractors — Skill in creating high-level infographics, diagrams, and explanatory visual materials
