We are looking for a creative and strong Ads Designer to help develop the visual component of advertising campaigns and create creatives for digital marketing. This role is suitable for a designer interested in working at the intersection of performance marketing, AI tools, and modern visual approaches, as well as directly influencing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through design.
Tasks
- Creating creatives for advertising campaigns on various digital platforms.
- Supporting and developing the corporate visual style in advertising materials.
- Quickly adapting designs for different formats, platforms, and audiences.
- Working with AI tools for generating images, graphics, and video.
- Preparing files and materials in accordance with internal team standards.
- Interacting with the media buying team on tasks, edits, and creative improvements.
- Tracking current visual trends and implementing new approaches in advertising materials.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and their continuous optimization based on campaign metrics and results.
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma and modern digital workflows.
- Practical experience using AI tools for image and video generation.
- Skills in working with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of digital advertising trends and modern visual approaches.
- Ability to work within a brand book and maintain a consistent visual style.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and experience in building AI workflows for speeding up and optimizing work.
- 3D design skills and experience in Blender will be an advantage.
- Location: outside of the Russian Federation
