We are currently looking for an experienced designer who can combine a high level of visual culture and craftsmanship with professional communication, equally proficient in Russian and English. This is an interesting and promising position for a specialist who wants and knows how to work on large-scale corporate communications projects. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, overseeing art direction, and presenting and defending your solutions to the team and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Generating ideas and creating design concepts for annual reports, social reports, and multi-page analytical materials
• Working with infographics, applying current typography techniques
• Providing art direction and supervision for the work of junior designers, giving structured and clear feedback
• Controlling the work on layouts sent for typesetting
• Presenting design concepts internally to the team and to clients

What we expect from you

• At least 5 years of experience working on multi-page publications
• Expected English proficiency level not lower than C1
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
• Excellent communication skills, ability to accept and delegate tasks, provide feedback
• Strong project presentation skills (both within the team and to clients)
• Reasonable application of AI tools in work

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of pre-press preparation
• Knowledge of After Effects, PowerPoint, Keynote, 3D
