Graphic Designer

We are looking for a strong graphic designer for project-based collaboration 🎨

We are SeitUP, a full-cycle digital agency: we do marketing, design, and website development. We are currently developing our graphic design department and are looking for a specialist to whom we can confidently delegate client projects.

This is not a full-time position: we will connect the designer to individual tasks as orders come in. With successful cooperation, we want to form a permanent pool of projects and develop the department together.

Conditions:

• Format — remote, project-based employment, registration — as a contractor (service agreement). • Workload — as suitable tasks and orders arise. • Payment — discussed separately for each project, taking into account the scope and complexity of the work. • Communication with clients is handled by our Project Manager.

Main Tasks:

• Develop designs for brochures, flyers, banners, and other advertising print materials. • Prepare layouts for printing, considering the technical requirements of the printing house. • Create presentations and perform layout of multi-page materials. • Draw images, illustrations, and individual graphic elements. • Develop advertising and digital materials. • Connect to other design tasks depending on the project.

What is important to us:

• A strong portfolio with examples of real work. • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant tools. • Knowledge of pre-press preparation requirements. • Good understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual acuity. • Ability to work according to a technical brief, meet deadlines, and calmly receive feedback. • Independence, attention to detail, and responsibility for the result.

Experience working with materials in German and English will be an advantage.
