Who we are looking for
We are looking for a talented and experienced graphic designer to help develop the visual identity of our music service. We need someone who is not afraid to experiment, has a deep understanding of modern design trends, is knowledgeable in visual communications, and can develop a design system.
What you will be doing:
- Developing the brand's visual communications, creating unique and memorable solutions
- Developing comprehensive design concepts that reflect the brand's strategy and values
- Scaling the design system across various communication channels, including creating identities for sub-brands and in-house projects
- Working on advertising campaigns — from targeted placements to large-scale projects with integration into different media
- Creating concepts for events and special projects — we actively participate in major music events and create our own
- Experimenting with new formats
Apply if you:
- Are working as a Lead Designer or Art Director and are ready to take responsibility for the project's visual direction
- Have a keen sense for and ability to shape trends, and can adapt them to brand tasks
- Possess developed visual taste, are proficient with industry tools, and continuously learn new things
- Design based on business goals, product needs, marketing, and end-user requirements
- Can clearly and convincingly communicate ideas — both through visual language and presentations
- Work effectively in a team: formulate clear tasks, provide constructive feedback, coordinate colleagues and freelancers
- Think creatively, can find original solutions, and use metaphors in design
- Create cohesive concepts, making complex ideas accessible and understandable
- Can develop a concept into a visual system and adapt it for different formats
- Are independent, attentive to detail, and meet deadlines
