Head of Design Team
At SberData, we are creating a centralized data warehouse. Sber currently possesses one of the largest data warehouses in the country — the bank's data volume has exceeded 250 PB. Approximately 500,000 transactions occur with our data every second. Sber's data is managed by the SberData department: over 22,000 bank and ecosystem employees use our solutions.
Your responsibilities will include
- Creating presentations, infographics, visualizing schemes, tables, and diagrams for Sber's managers and top management.
- Developing corporate templates and standards for working with presentations for the department's needs, automating and simplifying presentation work for users in self-service mode, and populating databases of ready-made templates.
- Participating with C-level executives in refining the structure and logic of presentations, conveying meanings through visualization.
- Working with text editing in collaboration with authors: shortening without losing meaning, highlighting important information.
- Proposing different concepts and visuals for report, executive, strategy, and pitch format presentations.
- Maintaining up-to-date information about the service's operation on corporate portals.
- Defining the overall design vision and controlling the work of the design team, providing feedback to designers and supporting their development tracks and professional growth.
- Generating and submitting reports on the team's work to line managers.
We expect you to have
- 5+ years of experience in presentation design.
- Experience preparing visual materials for managers/top management.
- Experience in managing a design team and controlling the final result.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, Figma (Pixso).
- Experience with generative AI — Midjourney, Nano Banana, and similar tools.
- A high level of visual awareness, ability to justify your design decisions.
- Higher education.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Will be a plus
- Ability to work in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Experience in the IT sector.
