Lead Graphic Designer for the Nocord brand at Yandex Fabrika

Yandex Fabrika is a dozen brands, hundreds of categories, and thousands of products created with love and care for people.

Nocord is a brand of clear, functional, and accessible tools. We create technological products with character: reliable, convenient, aesthetic. For us, not only functionality and stress tests are important, but also design—minimalist forms, a calm palette, materials that are pleasant to touch.

We are looking for a lead designer who will help develop our brand. We expect you to have experience in identity and packaging creation.

What tasks await you

Brand Development You will participate in developing the brand DNA and visual philosophy, work with identity at all levels, from design to working with media. You will also develop design concepts, guidelines, brand communication systems, and implement them across different teams.

Design You will create and develop designs for the brand's physical products in collaboration with the product team: handle printing, testing, fitting on physical media, think through the best user experience. You will also participate in supporting the website, brand zones, and creating UX/UI systems, in photoshoots, writing briefs, work with retouching and AI optimization.

Interaction with Contractors You will lead creative work with contractors, train them on our guidelines, and develop processes.

We expect that you

• Have worked as a graphic designer for more than five years, including in senior designer or art director positions
• Can show a strong portfolio with cases in identity, advertising, and packaging
• Have managed a team or supervised design, photo, video work
• Have worked in marketing and advertising communications in digital and offline
• Have worked with brand strategy and communication
• Have prepared and structured production briefs
• Have participated in product development and interaction with industrial design
• Understand digital design and trends in online communication
• Can create and maintain a holistic brand visual system
• Are proficient in modern graphic and AI tools
• Possess developed communication skills, can justify and present your decisions, conduct dialogue with the team and stakeholders
