YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager with a passion for building great teams and helping engineers do their best work. In this role, you will lead a team of exceptional developers building our domain registration and management systems, keeping the customer experience and delivery discipline at the center of how the team works - for one of the industry's largest domain registrars, managing over 9 million domains.

The Domains team runs the systems that let millions of people register, manage, and renew domains every day. Domains are also the connecting layer across Hostinger's product suite - you need one to launch a website, set up email, or bring almost any other product to life - so our work touches nearly every part of the business. We manage over 9 million domains and are core to Hostinger's mission of helping people succeed online faster and easier. You'll work closely with the Domains team - engineers, product managers, designers - while collaborating cross-functionally with other company teams and external partners, aligning priorities and making sure decisions translate into a better experience for our customers.

Compensation starts at €7,000 gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
