Head of Research (ML)

We are currently seeking a Head of Research (ML) to join our team.

Your tasks:

• Contribute to the development of innovative high-frequency trading algorithms
• Drive machine learning research and projects, managing a team of researchers
• Oversee market research and analysis
• Develop R&D strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement groundbreaking solutions in the trading domain

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and expertise in conducting market research and data analysis
• Proficiency in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and machine learning methodologies
• Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring researchers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Demonstrated experience in high-frequency trading or algorithm development preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to lead cross-functional collaboration

Will be an advantage:

• Degree in Maths, Physics, CS or another quantitative field
• Knowledge of econometrics, financial maths, trading experience
• Research experience
