Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager for an international product IT team that creates digital services for communication, dating, and new forms of online interaction between people worldwide.

This is a global remote-first business with an international team and products for users from different countries and cultures. The company develops platforms at the intersection of social discovery, entertainment, and the creator economy, experiments with new formats of digital communication, and actively uses modern technological and AI tools.

The role is suitable for someone interested in working with a fast-growing international product, developing relationships with creators and partners, influencing their results, and simultaneously improving internal processes.

What you will do: — Develop and automate account management processes; — Work with creators and agencies: gather feedback, identify growth areas, and help improve results; — Monitor content quality, communication, and key performance indicators; — Increase the effectiveness of creator promotion on social media; — Help launch and promote new product tools that impact creators' income; — Develop internal tools and analytics for creators; — Coordinate processes between multiple teams; — Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of payments.

What is important: — Strong analytical skills and confident Excel proficiency; — Experience with financial operations, reporting, and invoicing; — Ability to work with digital and AI tools; — Experience in project management and cross-functional processes; — High emotional intelligence: there will be a lot of communication, negotiations, and situations where diplomacy and the ability to listen to people are crucial; — Ability to calmly handle non-standard and crisis situations; — English sufficient for working in an international environment.

Will be a plus: experience with 1C, Jira, Slack, Superset, Higgsfield, Atlas Cloud, or similar tools.
